We found this hotel to be clean with great facilities including a pool and sauna. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for even the pickiest of eaters. The staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, we loved the location in the National Park area, making it easy to access the nearby trails to the mountains.
For us, it was ideal.

Located in a peaceful area, the hotel is a perfect base for exploring beautiful trails to the mountains. With the National park just around the corner, hiking enthusiasts will have a great time. the service is impeccable and staff is friendly. the room is spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. the breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for relaxation, while the massage services are top-notch.
The soundproofing could use some improvement to increase privacy between rooms.

Great hotel for a weekend getaway! Loved the breakfast buffet and the swimming pool, perfect for a family vacation. , the location offered breathtaking views and lots of nearby activities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The mattresses in the beds could be more comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room cleaning was lacking. However, these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience.

We spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Karpacz. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. the fresh air and nearby hiking trails added to the experience.
Our room was not as clean as we expected. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we found hairs on the floor.

Friendly staff, big warm room, nice pool with jacuzzi and sauna, relaxing time in the salt grotto. Quite good hotel, excellent food, good level of SPA services, clean terrain and good parking. Quiet location, near mountain trails, very good food with large choices, large parking lot, very friendly staff.
